Veselina joined TPA in 2016. Before that she was an associate in a law firm experienced in the field of corporate and commercial law.
She has significant experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, corporate restructuring, real estate transactions, energy projects, legal due diligence. Veselina also represents the company’s clients in court and in arbitration cases for the recovery of amounts due, bankruptcy and liquidation litigation, shareholder disputes, administrative fiscal claims, labour related litigations. She has good knowledge in GDPR procedures.
